Refunds
Write to thraijuna@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with MS-) and the email used at checkout.
Refunded
- Any order within 14 days, if no file has been downloaded.
- Files that do not open, are missing or do not match the listing, when we cannot fix them.
- Accidental duplicate purchases of the same item.
Not refunded
- Downloaded files you no longer need: by asking for immediate delivery at checkout you gave up the 14-day withdrawal right once a download started.
- Free claims, which cost nothing.
How it works
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days. A full refund closes the order's downloads and ends its licence; a partial refund keeps them open. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.
