Terms of sale
Meshsmiths is a product of Raijuna, based in Poland. These terms apply when you buy, claim or download anything on meshsmiths.com. Questions: thraijuna@gmail.com.
Who sells to you
The seller is Raijuna (Poland), contact thraijuna@gmail.com. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your statement shows RAIJUNA* MESHSMITHS.
What you buy
Digital 3D files (single pieces, packs and kits) and the licence described on the Licence page. Each listing shows its formats, version and delivery status. You buy the version that is released at the time of purchase; later versions are separate deliveries.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Where Raijuna must charge VAT or sales tax, Stripe calculates it from your billing country and it is shown before you pay. Business buyers can add a tax ID at checkout.
Delivery
After payment you get signed download links on the order page, in My Forge and in a receipt email. Links expire and can be renewed from My Forge while the order stays paid.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content this right ends once delivery starts, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right. At checkout you do this by ticking the consent box; the receipt email confirms it. Until you start a download you can still withdraw within 14 days. See Refunds.
Faulty files
If a file does not open, is missing, or does not match its listing, tell us. We fix it or refund you. This does not limit your statutory rights for digital content that does not conform to the contract.
Accounts and API keys
Keep your sign-in and API keys private. Keys and MCP access are rate-limited as shown on your account. We may suspend access that breaks the Licence, abuses the service or tries to get around limits or payments.
Refunds, disputes and access
When an order is fully refunded, or a payment dispute is open or lost, its downloads close and its licence ends. If a dispute is decided in your favour, access returns.
Liability
Files are provided as listed. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or project delays. Our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and changes
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. We may update these terms; the version you accepted is stored with your order.
